Job Description:
- The Client Relationship Executive will be in contact with all stake holders both internal and external, so your communication skills should be excellent.
- He should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
- He should possess a good knowledge of drawings and should estimate the timelines for completion and deliver the projects in time. Ultimately, he should lead by setting a good example and engaging the team to achieve goals.
Responsibilities :
- A CRE must have excellent communication, planning and understanding of the projects' requirements.
- CRE handles communication happening in the business hours.
- He should understand all the drawing methodologies involved in producing different kinds of drawings, so he can estimate and advise ETA and cost to the client appropriately.
- He is responsible for all the communication with the clients including providing estimates and deliverables.
- He is responsible for planning ETAs for all the projects properly to ensure smooth flow of work without creating any bottlenecks.
