Profile: Area Sales Manager

Reporting to: Head of Business

Area Sales Manager is responsible for developing and sustaining business for Egnify's products in the assigned market. Your job as an area sales manager is to identify sales leads, pitch products to these leads, close deals and maintain a good working relationship with existing & prospective clients. You are going to be the face of the company in the target market.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Business Development in the assigned territory for coaching institutes and schools

- Build channel partners/sales consultants throughout the territory

- Identifying prospective leads and keep enhancing the sales pipeline

- Meticulous follow-up with the prospective clients till the deal is converted

- Planning and coordinating on-field marketing events

- Timely feedback from the market to the product team

- Developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty

- Collections from signed-up customers based on the payment terms agreed during sign-up

Desired Skills/Experience:

Area Sales Manager should possess fantastic interpersonal skills and be a result-oriented person. He/She needs to be highly organized and always in sync with the sales and retention targets.

- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Understanding of marketing principles

- Positive attitude and plenty of initiative

- On-field B2B sales experience (mandatory)

- Education sector experience (preferable)

Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience

Remuneration: As per industry standards
