EFS Logistics - Executive - Customer Service - Air Export/Freight Forwarding Vertical (2-5 yrs)
Working Hours : 10:30am to 08:30pm
Working Days : Sunday to Thursday.
Week offs : Friday & Saturday.
- Experience in Freight Forwarding company, Air Export is an added advantage.
- Attend customer query and RFQ.
- Submitting quotation.
- Executing shipments after confirmation from the client.
- Addressing customer concerns and issues.
Skills Required :
- Good typing skills and English knowledge.
- Decision-making skills.
- Sound knowledge of industry such as INCOTERMS, ports name, shipping lines, airlines etc.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Time management skills.
For Documentation :
- English communication.
- Typing skills.
- Time management.

The Candidate must have 2 years experience in Customer Service Executive in Air Export in Freight forwarding.
