Position : Relationship Manager - Agency Vertical (GI).
CTC : 2L - 4L
Experience : 2 - 5 Years
Location : Borivali W.
Brief Job Responsibilities :
- Have to manage a Team, Partners, and distributors by selling General Insurance Product in agency vertical.
- Recruit POSP (Point of Salesperson) and Generate Business.
- Develop POSP channel and drive the business with team through open market
- Must Have Experience of GI - Health Insurance & Motor Insurance product and retail sales.
- Sourcing new business through open Market through different channels.
- Executing all the sales planning and overseeing target allocation.
- Develop and maintain the contact with the Clients, Fulfilling the Leads, Implement and develop the sales activities to achieve target.
- Hiring and retaining talents for working in GI business
- Directing the functions pertaining to Activation of Advisors, new business premium YOY growth, persistency and business development.
- Developing relationships with sub-brokers for business development.
- Interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business, ensuring quality delivery of services to the clients.
- Providing technical service support to clients and resolving their issues/concerns.
- Enhancing the productivity and efficiency of the channel.
