Business Developer with experience in cold calls and B2B sales.

- Effebot is looking for people who will be selling Effebot's service of bulk mailings!

So, if you :

- Have a successful experience in B2B sales and phone sales (2-4 years)

- Have an experience of remote work, enjoy it, know how to organize your workday by yourself

- Are responsible - we trust you to be our representative in your country and we want to rely on you

- Are ambitious - with the good motivation you'll be earning more

- Can fluently speak English (other languages are a nice advantage!);

- Are proud to call your speech diverse and literate.

What you'll need to do :

- Search for new clients in India

- Effectively negotiate with clients- representatives of different levels

- Develop clients

- Make a lot of outbound calls and video sessions

- Work in the amoCRM system.

What you need to have :

- Computer (RAM from 4Gb) ;

- Access to the Internet (more than 5 Mbps)

- USB headphones

- willing to work and earn.

Salary structure :

- 140$ per month is fixed + 49$ for succeeding with a monthly plan (given at the beginning of every month)

- After complying with the plan on the minutes plus 4 rupees per extra minute on a call with a client

- 20% from the profit of the warm client

- 30% from the profit of the cold client

Work conditions :

- Remote work (you work from your home!)

- Working hours 10-19 (IST)

- Working days are from Monday to Friday
