About The Position :

As a Business Development Associate, you would be reaching out on call and providing academic counselling sessions to prospective Students who have applied for the same on our website. Your target audience would include graduates or working professionals looking for a career change. You would be responsible for understanding the needs of each specific person and helping them with the best solution to go forward in their career.

Location: Brookefield, Bangalore (All interviews are remote)

Annual CTC: INR 4,80,000 per annum (Including Fixed + Variable Portion)

Job Type: Full-Time Permanent Position

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.

- Reaching out to leads who apply for academic counselling sessions on our Website and understanding customer needs to offer solutions and support over call and email.

- Answering potential client questions, and taking up follow up and negotiation calls to provide necessary clarifications to close the deal.

- Building strong relationships with the customers to retain them.

- Managing the entire sales process to bring deals to closure.

- Creating and maintaining the database of prospective clients through the use of CRM.

- Reviewing customer feedback and implementing necessary changes.

- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
