Now, we are looking for a rockstar Business development associates who have graduated in 2020 or 2021 to join our team.
This role is only for FRESHERS and is 100% remote working based position.
As a BDA (Business Development Associate),you will be assisting the organization's sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition (students, aspirants).
Job Role :
- Generate leads through digital content marketing & referral programs
- Counsel & guide students for live classroom programs
- Achieve monthly targets & earn incentives
- Maintaining knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
- Attract new customers to generate sales leads that develop new customers
- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
Eligibility requirements :
- Should be freshers from 2020 or 2021 batches only
- Degree, branch or college tier doesn't matter
- Posses persuasive speaking skills in English & Hindi
- Problem solving skills,ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
