Job Summary

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Marketing executive

- Educate parents about IWS offering

- Should be go getter and result oriented

- Would work as feet on street for the promotion of IWS and can generate walk in to Campus.

- Would be involved in Various Outdoor Promotional Activities (BTL & ATL) like conducting events and data collection, and Local Visits.

- Maintain update record of every inquiry and can maintain updated data of follow up done.

- Discover prospects requirements and map them with various offerings at IWS (Indus World School)


-Support & guide prospects by resolving their queries related to various facets of the admission process

- Facilitate admission process by maintaining required documentation, data analysis and report generation

- Guide and follow up with the potential prospects in completing the admission formalities and documentation

2. Awareness and Brand Building:

- Conceptualize and execute timely activities to improve brand awareness.

- Can do detailed Competition analysis

- Identify and utilize top avenues of improving brand awareness and reach to drive new parent/student leads and walk-ins into the School.

3. Community Engagement:

- Conduct outreach events (Seminars, speaker sessions, public meet-ups, etc.) to drive interaction with community.

- Identify ways to measure community perception towards our School and devise methods of improving the perception.

KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

- Excellent oral & written communication

- Ability to influence & persuade prospects

- Optimal knowledge of Microsoft office tools

- To provide the regular update and feedback.

- Ability to achieve decided targets

- Excellent in written & verbal English

- Young, aggressive and presentable professionals with Aptitude for Targets

- Should be ready to go for House calls if needed to convince parents who do not have time to visit the School.

- Manage & Implement Marketing Plans for walk-in Generation.

- To adhere to the process and discipline of the organization.
