the following immediate openings:  CUM ADMISSION COUNSELLOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : 

1. Admissions Counselling

- Handling the walk-ins and telephonic enquiries for admissions

- Educate parents about IWS offering

- Following up with all leads through phone calls or in-person meetings

- Discover prospects requirements and map them with various offerings at IWS (Indus World School)

- Support & guide prospects by resolving their queries related to various facets of the admission process

- Facilitate admission process by maintaining required documentation, data analysis and report generation

- Guide and follow up with the potential prospects in completing the admission formalities and documentation

2. Awareness and Brand Building

- Local activation (BTL marketing): Conceptualise and execute activities to improve brand awareness and recall and differentiation from competitors.

- Identify and utilise top avenues of improving brand awareness and reach to drive new parent/student leads and walk-ins into the School.

- Lead the user journey from awareness to understanding to adoption in a structured and phased manner.

3. Partnerships and Tie-ups

- Identify partnerships and tie-ups with corporate/educational entities; lead the discussion from lead generation to conclusion.

- Research industry best practices for partnership
