JD for Business Solutions Manager

Job Roles and Responsibilities :

- Take lead to Build and manage Viraat's online content delivery platform

- Work with key stakeholders to ensure requirements are delivered in an efficient and cost-effective manner without compromise on quality

- Manage and monitor the quality of feature releases.

- Monitor progress and provide updates to the key stakeholders

- Negotiate and resolve issues and escalate if needed.

- Ability to work in a dynamic and fluid environment

- Provide advisory role to the key stakeholders on the new developments in the world of content hosting and distribution technologies.

- Liaise between stakeholders and product development resources.

- Complete opportunity assessments in a quick-to-market agile environment. Including, but not limited to: synthesizing high level business requirements, identifying required capabilities and calling out areas of uncertainty and recommending solutions


- Creation of supplemental technical documentation

- Identify product needs and how to apply technical solutions to those needs

- Lead and participate in design review sessions

- Mentor Developer\development partner during all phases of product delivery

Core Competencies & Accomplishments:

- 10-12 Years of experience

- Work experience in media companies is preferred

- Well versed in Databases, reporting tools, video storage and distribution (CDNs), Java, HTML5, webAPI, analytics(AI), reporting tools

- Specific experience in Mobile Apps space (ANDROID and IOS)

- High level of attention to detail with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams, communicate effectively, adjust priorities based on business results, and work in a continuously changing environment to meet critical deadlines

- Highly motivated to develop teams and manage ongoing performance.

- Experience conceptualizing, evaluating and negotiating 3rd party strategic partnerships
