1. We are looking for telecallers who has experience in telecalling, customer service, outbound calling etc.

2. Assist the customers regarding all their concerns with products or services and resolve them on priority, maintaining strict SLA.

3. Evaluate customer information to explore issues, develop potential solutions and maintain high-quality service.

4. Improve operational efficiencies while managing customers requests.

5. Deliver superior client services, fostering strong rapport, retention and satisfaction.

6. Provide ultimate customer support through live chat solutions in fast-paced environment.

7. Offer advice and assistance to customers, paying attention to special needs or wants and going extra-mile to resolve customer's concerns and issues.

8. Candidate should have experience in insurance or consumer durable company.

9. Should have good communications skills.
