Job description :

Role : 


We are looking for an experienced telesales leader to set up and scale operations and head up our telesales team. You will be responsible for setting weekly and monthly sales targets, training new staff, designing, and implementing sales strategies, monitoring the performance of the sales team, and handling escalated customer complaints.

To ensure success, you should have experience with telesales, advanced managerial skills, and the ability to multitask. As a top-notch telesales manager, you would be providing strong guidance and assistance to the telesales team, ultimately boosting company sales.

Responsibilities : 


1. Setting up the entire Telesales process by identifying the right technologies and process for the business

2. Hiring the right candidates

3. Meeting with sales managers to discuss and implement sales strategies.

4. Ensures staff is professionally trained on products and services through formal training and one-on-one coaching and mentoring, by focusing on the sales process to ensure maximum lead generation and high closure rates for new business.

5. Writing sales scripts and customer answer sheets

6. Monitoring the performance of the sales team. Actively engage and manage supervisory staff, support on-going associate development via timely coaching/candid feedback

7. Setting weekly and monthly sales targets

8. Maintaining customer relationships and handling escalated customer complaints

9. Compiling and presenting sales reports. Track and share competitive landscape and best-practices to make recommendations and decisions

10.Track campaign results (leads received/worked, closing rations, etc.) and reconcile with marketing reports to ensure accuracy in reporting

Requirements : 


1. Bachelors degree in marketing or similar field.

2. At least 7 years- experience working as a B2C telesales manager in a reputed organization

3. Strong managerial and sales skills.

4. Ability to multitask.

5. Good verbal and written communication skills.

6. Ability to work well under pressure.

7. Strong organizational skills.
