Content Head
- Liaise with Category head to identify and develop new products and its course material.
- Drive product launches including working with the consultant, marketing and sales team, executives, and other content team members.
- Responsible to develop, update and maintain existing products.
- Liaison with trainers to resolve their doubts and understand industry needs to upgrade products.
- Resolve students doubts.
- Act as point of the first reference for all product related enquiries.
- Produce a schematic and detailed plan of work, lesson outlines, learning materials to achieve an effective learning process.
- Develop course curriculum for new domains.
- Handling a team of Graphic Designer, Copy Editor, Instructional Designer, and LMS Expert to deliver high quality of content.
- Prepare comprehensive content strategies that align with company goals.
- Supervise and manage a content team.
- Support sales/marketing team with up-to-date content material.
