JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
- Plan and Execute Affiliate marketing, Email marketing campaigns
- Recruit new affiliates, Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues.
- Campaign management and delivery.
- Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives, and bonus offers
- End to end ownership of email marketing strategy - email calendar & strategy planning, discount strategy, creation, execution, tracking, reporting of email marketing campaigns including click rates, open rates etc
- Coordinate with design and content team to make engaging campaigns
- Create email templates, conduct A/B and multivariate testing on subject lines, creative and copy tests.
- Manage the contact database in different segments.
- Research and suggest ways to automate and personalize email campaigns.
SKILLS
- 4-6 years- experience in managing Affiliate Marketing, E-Mail Marketing
- Knowledge of Influencer Marketing, PPC and SMM will be an added advantage
- Minimum 2-3 years- experience of leading a team
- Good in analytics, report analysis & projections
