Job Role :

- The candidate should be able to call leads and close sales for various E-learning and Upskilling products.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Academic Counseling :

- Conduct consultations with students or parents to understand their academic goals, interests, and needs.

- Provide guidance on educational programs, courses, and career paths that align with the individual's goals.

2. Product Knowledge :

- Maintain a deep understanding of the educational institution's programs, services, and admission requirements.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in educational offerings.

3. Sales and Enrollment :

- Effectively communicate the value proposition of educational programs and services to prospective students or clients.

- Conduct sales presentations, answer inquiries, and address concerns to close sales and enroll students.

4. Customer Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and current students or clients.

- Provide ongoing support and assistance throughout the enrollment process.

5. Record Keeping and Documentation :

- Maintain accurate records of interactions, inquiries, and enrollments using CRM software or other tools.

6. Sales Targets :

- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the organization.

7. Compliance and Ethics :

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in the education and sales industry.

8. Feedback and Improvement :

- Collect feedback from clients and share insights with the team to improve services and marketing strategies.

Skills :

- Excellent communication skills (Hindi, English)

- Guiding for the right course, negotiation, objection handling skills

- Organizing and planning competencies

- Time management skills

- Technical skills in Excel
