Job Opening : Student Counsellor & Business Development Executive
Are you a passionate communicator with a flair for guiding and mentoring students in their career journey? We're looking for talented individuals to join our team in Navi Mumbai (Ghansoli) for a transformative role in healing and coaching education.
Key Responsibilities :
- Counselling students to help shape their healing and coaching careers
- Identifying opportunities and converting leads into enrolled students
- Managing both inbound and outbound calls with finesse
- Initiating cold calls to assigned leads
- Updating and maintaining a comprehensive student database
- Timely follow-up with students to ensure their success
- Offering support and guidance throughout the student journey
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree preferred (HSC accepted)
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or academic counselling is a plus
- Fresher's with a zeal for success are encouraged to apply
Contract Details:
Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Fresher
Contract length: 3 months
Stipend: - 8,000 - 13,000
Post 3 months: Increment based on performance (- 13,000 - 23,000 per month)
