Key responsibilities :

1. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales cycle.

2. Conduct product demonstrations and deliver technical presentations to potential customers, showcasing the features, capabilities, and value proposition of the product or service.

3. Understand customer needs and tailor presentations and proposals to address their specific requirements effectively.

5. Work closely with product development teams to stay updated on the latest product enhancements and industry trends, incorporating this knowledge into customer interactions.

6. Assist in the creation and customization of sales collateral, including proposals, presentations, and technical documentation.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product management, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

8. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the product and generate leads.

9. Continuously develop and maintain product knowledge and stay updated on market trends and competitors' offerings.

10. Provide feedback to the sales and product teams based on customer interactions, contributing to the improvement of product features and sales strategies.
