Edulogix - Admission Counselor (0-3 yrs)
The Admission Counselor responsibilities would entail the following :
- Handling student counselling via multiple channels including telephone calls, chats, emails and social media.
- Assisting in the conversion process of leads generated from different sources to prospective admission seekers
- Working on outbound calls, and timely follow-ups
- Being a contact person for students for all queries
- Maintaining MIS of all student queries and status updates of action taken thereon.
