Role : We are looking for an experienced Sales Professional for the position of Regional Manager / Lead RM to join our team who can help us in creating a world in which children everywhere learn with understanding. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in all aspects of sales, ensure profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, and relationship with schools.

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for acquisition of new schools in the designated territory.

- Responsible for revenue generation through upselling and cross-sell EI products to existing schools.

- Key account management of schools through relationship building and providing product consultation to key stakeholders (management, principal, teachers, parents, students). 


- Ensure that all services are delivered efficiently and product usage at schools are effective.

- Ensure response time to schools is very high. Utilize EI's resources and coordinate with internal teams for excellent service delivery to schools.

- Be cognizant of market and competitor intelligence. Share market learnings with Product and Marketing teams

- Ensure profitable growth in sales through effective planning & execution for both short and long term.

- Support Sales leadership in forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals

Desired Profile

- 3-7 years of experience into sales

- Experience in B2B sales.

- Education industry exposure is good to have.
