Role description

- Sales are key components of any business, and Business Development Associates can help to bridge the gap between the two.


- They help to identify and develop new business opportunities and also work to build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers.


- They also support other departments in their marketing and sales efforts. They would be showcasing the unique Behere way of Learning to students and parents and will be responsible for mentoring and sales in their designated zone.

Skills :

- Any Graduation/ Post Graduation. Having a keen interest and deep understanding of the Indian education sector.

- Having a knack for sales.

- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

- Strong business sense and EdTech industry expertise.

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to the closure of the deal.

- Client development and management experience.

- Highly motivated and able to take ownership to deliver results.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.


- Excellent communication skills in English & Additional Marathi & Hindi Language

Job description :

- Own the end-to-end process of B2B / B2C (Schools/ Students/ Institutions) lead generation to conversion.

- Building relationships with schools and colleges, achieving assigned monthly/quarterly, and yearly targets.

- Pitching our vision and employing a consultative approach to provide value to the users through our entire range of product.

- Contribute to product growth in terms of engagement and revenue.

- Build and improve the entire network of relationships with Principals/Heads of Schools/ Decision Makers/Trustees.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: - 20,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month
