1. Make cold calls with the leads that are generated through digital marketing media and other platforms and regular follow-up calls.
2. Handle student walk-in enquiries and to the leads that are generated through company owned centers, business partners (Pan India), through educational fairs, webinars and marketing events.
3. Scheduling mentor leads counseling and follow-up with the students and updates the status of the sales force.
4. Facilitating the enrollment process, on-board students and providing information to the students about the IELTS program and about the admission consulting process.
5. Track and Maintain weekly records of the leads that are generated through various platforms & share weekly feedback of the quality of leads to the marketing team.
