Hiring for Career Counselor in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh
Eligibility:
- Guiding & supporting candidates in selection of courses as per their knowledge, skills, aptitude, and industry demand
- Convincing potential candidates and their parents for the course
- Ensuring smooth enrolment process of candidates
- Providing orientation, guidance & mentoring to candidates as on on-going basis.
- Providing soft skills training to candidates
- Understanding aspiration of youth and channelizing the same as per their skill set.
Note: Either living in Dharamshala or willing to relocate to Dharamshala on a long-term basis
Requirement:
- Qualification: Any Graduate, Masters preferred
- Salary: Up to 30k
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in career counselling / delivering soft skill training
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Good knowledge of MS-office (XL, Power point, Word)
- Exposure to counselling methodology and tools
