- Our client is looking for an experienced and innovative Education Counsellor.
The Job :
Your responsibilities will primarily include :
- Experienced candidates with good communication.
- Upsell & will be responsible for guiding students related to admissions or process, resolving the students' queries, etc.
- Responsible for converting telephone enquiries into admissions.
- Responsible for achieving business goals through effective counselling as per the timelines.
Ideal Candidate :
Requirements :
- Good Communication skills
Experience required : Minimum 6 months into counselling
- Self-motivated & Confident approach
- Assertive & Hardworking
- Competitive drive
- Training will be provided.
- You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Counsellor, Career Counselling/Placements or Public Relations/PR within Internet industry.
- You have strong media relationships across this space and a proven track record of executing successful public relations campaigns.
- Experience within would be a strong advantage.
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
