Job Description : Admission Director
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Counselling students regarding educational issues such as course and program selection, class scheduling, truancy, study habits, and career planning
- Plan and execute admission pipeline for all batches
- Daily follow up with students in the admission pipeline
- Implementation of admission process
- Maintain accurate and complete student records as required
- Meet the expected sales target
- Providing Counselling, Grooming and Motivation to the students
- Evaluate individuals' abilities, interests, and personality characteristics using tests, records, interviews, and professional sources
- Need to handle target pressure
An ideal candidate should have :
- Know how to counsel and close it (and not just manage it)
- Are able to communicate effectively and smartly (within the team, with the students and the corporate team)
- Know how to coach, counsel and mentor people (of all age groups)
- Professional and process oriented.
- Tech-friendly
- Have a strong customer (student) focus
