As an International Education Counsellor, you will be responsible for :

- Responsible to collect data, sort and analyze it to produce quality result.

- Achieve targets for Leads.

- Responsible for counseling students.

- Providing end-to-end counseling to parents and students with the right solutions for every student's individual requirement.

- Converting qualified study abroad leads into admissions.

- Being a guide to students to help them build a career overseas.

- Answering phones and explaining the services offered by the Institute.

- Resolving queries and issues related to the services.

- Maintaining the database of the students on a regular basis.

- Suggesting solutions based on student's needs and requirements.

Who are we looking for?

- Bachelor (or above) qualification or equivalent.

- 1 - 3 year counseling experience preferably in the global education industry

- Both male & female candidate can be considered.

- Computer skills including, Word, Excel.

- Fluent in English - written and verbal

- Strong knowledge of destination and local education systems

- Outstanding problem-solving skills.

- Good time management abilities.

- Strong decision-making skills.

- Ability to tolerate stress and pressure.
