Role - Admissions Counsellor
- Someone who worked with the admission process of the Overseas /International process.
- We are looking for a talented, experienced Admissions Executive to join our team in Gurgaon, India.
- Working within the international education sector, you will be responsible for processing student applications, identifying and implementing continuous improvements, and interacting with Agents, Students, and Parents during the Admissions process.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance storytelling techniques in student applications, resulting in impactful and compelling narratives.
- Conduct interviews with prospective students, employing effective questioning and active listening skills to gather information about their backgrounds, experiences, and aspirations.
- Provide guidance and feedback to the writing team, ensuring the quality and consistency of application materials produced.
- Review and edit application essays, personal statements, resumes, and recommendation letters for clarity, coherence, and adherence to the desired tone and messaging.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of applicant profiles, considering academic achievements, extracurricular activities, leadership experience, and personal qualities
