Job Profile :

We're on the hunt for a dynamic Growth/Sales Associate or Senior Associate to amplify our customer base and drive revenue. If you have a knack for identifying and tapping into prospective markets, a flair for closing deals, and an analytical mindset to understand customer needs, we would love to meet you!

Eligibility :

Candidates with 0-4 years of experience in sales, particularly within the SaaS or e-learning domain, are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities :

Sales and Growth Strategy :

- Lead the charge in inbound lead follow-up and outbound initiatives, including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn connections, ensuring a steady flow of prospects.

- Conduct incisive online demos tailored to the individual needs of prospects, illuminating the distinct advantages and features of Edmingle.

Customer Engagement :

- Utilize keen analytical skills to gauge customer needs and preferences, adapting sales strategies for maximum resonance.

- Collaborate with Edmingle Experts to devise and deliver tailored solutions, expediting deal closures.

Revenue Realization :

- Work assiduously to meet and exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas, driving the company's financial growth.

- Leverage channel partners to expand the sales pipeline and facilitate deal closures.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in sales, with a history of achieving or surpassing quotas.

- Strong communication skills, encompassing writing, interpersonal relations, and presentations.

- Proficiency in corporate productivity and web presentation tools, and experience with Zoho CRM or similar software.

- The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

- Strong listening, objection handling, and negotiation skills.

- Prior SaaS sales experience is a considerable advantage.

Preferred Qualities :

- Proven inside sales experience, demonstrating a history of effectively closing deals.

- Proficiency in exploring and engaging prospects through social media and web searches.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, aligning personal efforts with team objectives.
