Position : Editor for Telugu
Reporting to : COO
Responsibility :
- Increase traffic by at least 5x end of the year
- Establish seamless synergy among TV-Print-Digital
- Optimize each and every resource in the team to get maximum output
- Establish the company as a leading brand in digital by optimizing available resources
- Work with the social media team to build brand awareness
- Increase content volumes - articles + videos
- Team building, establishing synergy within the team
- Update team's KRAs time-to-time and review each colleague every quarter
- Managing a team size of 25 people.
- Should have knowledge of Digital Journalism, live blogs, understand Digital Concepts, Digital Coverage, and Digital Media Editor.
