- Product Enhancement (Content for retaining current readership, increase stickness, create new readers)
- Achieving revenue through Advertorial, Events & Local
- Introduce hook and editorial properties as planned in the edit calender and using digital as marketing vehicle and amplify Gujarati midday events
- Delivering strong content in various Gujarati mid-day sections enhance productivity of GMD employees, mentoring and guiding subordinates.
- Building conducive culture in MD Edit team.
