- Carry out Market Research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, competitor analysis, product/service fitment as well as try to predict future trends


- Identify and monitor marketing opportunities for the existing Games portfolio

- Creating and developing effective Marketing & Branding Strategies. Proactively develop comprehensive activities to leverage business development activities to support both B2B and B2C

- Managing Marketing Campaigns across all platforms including online and digital to ensure that products and services meet customers- expectations and to build credibility of all brands

- Execution of Marketing campaigns for higher effectiveness of each such campaign

- Organize and execute on the ground events to engage with various stake holders in order to enhance Brand Equity and drive Product Sales

- Actively and aggressively identify new business opportunities and come out with innovative Marketing Strategies such as campaign, event execution, partnership etc.

- Work closely with directors to design and deliver digital marketing campaigns for our games, from concept to execution

- Work alongside the development team to integrate marketing initiatives into the development cycle of new games

- Analyse and report on campaign performance throughout the marketing lifecycle

- Create marketing copy for brand activity and product releases

- Be able to develop strong understanding of performance of the products to support continual optimization of Marketing, Sales and Product Strategy

- Collaborate, review and approve all marketing materials as developed by the content/design and other external vendors

- Build and manage a rich content/collaterals that attract a qualified audience of event organizers to our owned properties (including blog posts, white papers, ebooks, reports, infographics, case-studies etc.)

- Grow new leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers)

- Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends

- Build relationships with customers, prospects, and experts/speakers

- Work closely with the Co-Founders and the senior leadership team to grow the business.
