Role - Global Lead - Field Marketing
Designation - Associate Director- Marketing
Objective - Create, manage, and execute go-to-market campaigns for the AI & RPA
Experience:
- 15+ years of professional experience in the IT Sector
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns for pipeline impact
- Experience in managing large business conferences and industry events specifically around product launches, lead gen and branding
- Metrics and results-oriented
Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for Field Marketing for US, EMEA and APAC
- Strategize, execute and manage GTM campaigns for the product lines through industry events, inside sales, roundtables, partners, etc in the various Geos
- Work closely with the sales and product management teams to identify campaign areas and evolve through execution
- Own lead targets and deliver MQLs and SQLs that impact the sales pipeline
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to run integrated GTM campaigns
- Manage Partner Marketing and joint campaigns with partner organizations
- Work with product leaders and cross-functional teams to create and execute campaigns and activities
- Manage a team of high performing GTM marketers to create business impact
- Manage Marketing Operations to track and improve lead gen metrics through the funnel
- Experience handling multiple marketing vendors
