About the Role:

In this position, you will be heading the digital marketing function at EdgeVerve and will be responsible for crafting the strategy for EdgeVerve's key AI, Automation and Supply chain products. You will be managing a team of digital marketing specialists and working with multiple Internal and external stakeholders. This role will demand you to work in a fast-paced environment, ready to quickly adapt and respond to a competitive Industry landscape.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the digital marketing strategy and contribute towards global demand generation, ABM, content marketing and branding. Own all digital marketing assets such as website, social media channels, digital experience platforms, content assets, marketing technology platforms and ensure that they are in alignment with overall marketing goals.

2. Plan effective demand generation campaigns using a host of channels such as affiliate, email, website, social media, paid media, performance platforms and more. Work with the Inside sales teams to ensure optimum conversion from digital media. Measure and optimize performance with the team and meet desired targets. Maintain and optimize CPL, lead conversion rates and opportunity creation rate.

3. Work with the branding team and ensure optimum performance for brand related campaigns across social media, website, and performance marketing channels.

4. Map critical user, buyer, and Influencer persona journeys for developing content marketing strategies with the product marketing team. Plan digital marketing strategy by using the right whitepapers, thought papers, survey reports, customer and analyst webinars, videos, infographics, case studies, testimonials and more.

5. Manage marketing technology tools such as Eloqua, Salesforce CRM, Adobe Analytics, Konnect Insights, DemandBase ABM Tool. Understand how the existing marketing automation tech stack operates, how it can be scaled up in future to add more value. Work within multiple teams in the organization and drive the adoption of new automation technology and tools for the benefit of meeting marketing objectives.

6. Create digital sales experience web-based tools to shorten the product sales cycle and educate existing customers about product capabilities.

7. Manage the EdgeVerve website along with a team of web master, developers, and agencies. Optimize performance by mapping user behavior, adopting latest technology and monitoring analytics.

8. Strategize for EdgeVerve's social media channels along with the team, plan effective campaigns, stay in touch with the industry, connect with Influencers, monitor, and optimize performance.

9. Work across the marketing team with multiple stakeholders and ensure digital enablement for various marketing programs.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree with 10+ years of experience of managing digital marketing.

2. Experience in leading a digital marketing team and working with them to meet organization goals.

3. Ability to quickly adapt, learn on-the-go, work within cross-functional teams across geographies.

4. Up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and Industry.

5. Excellent analytical capabilities to optimize campaigns at go for better performance.

6. Good understanding of general business models, concepts, and strategies to optimize the marketing funnel.

7. Motivated and a self-starter, ready to take initiative.
