6A - Marketing Executive

In this position, the person will be responsible to plan, implement, manage, and optimize global marketing strategy, including campaigns, events and promotions for SaaS and other - as a service- platforms. Will be working with multiple Internal stakeholders and the central goal will be to run marketing activities to drive and show growth in performance driven KPIs.

Must have:

- 9 + years of Experience, with 4-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing

- Worked in B2B product (SaaS) sales and marketing, with experience of the SMB sector

- Experience handling marketing vendors

- MBA preferred

2. Key Tasks

- Work to develop and refine marketing strategy.

- Execute and manage GTM campaigns for the product lines through industry events, inside sales, roundtables, partners, etc

- Develop sales and product marketing collateral, along with go-to-market strategy

- Develop and integrate marketing strategy (events, digital, PR)

- Develop and deliver end-to-end campaigns, optimize for the optimum impact; working closely with the sales and product management teams

- Conduct Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends & innovations

- Manage Partner Marketing and joint campaigns with partner organizations

- Maintain the expected cost per lead and conversion, optimize budget across mediums.

- Understand website analytics and SEO and work (with external agencies as required) to optimize these

- Own lead targets and deliver MQLs and SQLs that impact the sales pipeline

- Measure and own the effectiveness of all digital marketing.

3. Preferred Skills and traits :

- Deep understanding of Website backend, SEO, marketing automation and technology ecosystem in the digital space

- Should be articulate, high energy and Execution oriented

- Demonstrate organizational skills, flexibility and ability to produce results in a fast paced environment.

- Good sociability and networking skills.

- Excellent written, verbal communication skills and good presentation skills

7A - Marketing Head

In this position, the person will be responsible to own the responsibility of developing and delivering global marketing strategy for multiple new SaaS and - as-a-service- platforms. They will collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive and show growth in performance driven KPIs for the business.

Must have:

- 14 + years of Experience, including 5 years of experience in digital marketing

- Should have worked in B2B product (SaaS) sales and marketing, with experience of the SMB sector

- Should have experience of launching new SaaS offerings

- Should have the experience of managing matrix teams

- MBA preferred

5. Key Tasks

- Work to visualize, obtain stakeholder buy-in, develop, refine and own the marketing strategy.

- Strategize, execute and manage GTM campaigns for the product lines through industry events, inside sales, roundtables, partners, etc

- Lead the development of sales and product marketing collateral, along with go-to-market strategy

- Lead development of integrated marketing strategy (events, digital, PR)

- Strategise, develop and deliver end-to-end campaigns, optimize for the optimum impact; working closely with the sales and product management teams

- Oversee competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends & innovations

- Manage Partner Marketing and joint campaigns with partner organizations

- Maintain the expected cost per lead and conversion, optimize budget across mediums.

- Understand website analytics and SEO and work (with external agencies as required) to optimize these

- Own lead targets and deliver MQLs and SQLs that impact the sales pipeline

- Provide insights and make recommendations to continuously improve performance for customer engagement and demand generation.

6. Preferred Skills and traits :

- Deep understanding of marketing automation and technology ecosystem in the digital space

- Should have an appetite for dealing with ambiguity and building consensus

- Should be able to drive themselves and the team to produce results in a fast paced environment.

- Good sociability and networking skills.
