We are looking for an experienced B2B Demand Generation Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing initiatives to support our business objectives, create market awareness, and drive lead generation activities for our SaaS business.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, plan, and execute B2B lead generation marketing campaigns that deploy a mix of marketing tactics across digital and social channels

- Develop campaign related content such as email copy, social posts and landing pages

- Use SalesForce, Milkshake and Hubspot to track and report on marketing performance and provide marketing analytics and ROI

- Plan and execute account-based marketing in support of our business and sales priorities

- Propose and develop thought leadership content topics, and work closely with our content developers to execute high-quality content marketing pieces which will generate interest in our solutions

- Develop value proposition, key messages and collateral for product marketing and sales enablement

- Manage and execute events, including our own hosted roundtables, breakfast briefings, and webinars

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and work closely with our external partner teams

- Acquire knowledge on industry trends and competitors and leverage that to deliver marketing impacts

- Work with third-party marketing agencies to deliver compelling creative to support lead generation activities

KPIs Owned:

- Conversion rates - MQL - SQL - Demo - Closed Won

- Pipeline growth

- Cost Per Lead (CPL)

- Marketing attributed revenue

Qualifications :

- 5+years- experience managing the demand generation funnel for a high-growth SaaS solution

- Hands-on experience in digital and social marketing and various tactics including paid search, LinkedIn advertising/sponsored ads, display ads and paid media

- Experience working with Hubspot and Salesforce

- Experience working with content management systems, specifically WordPress

- Excellent copywriting skills; ability to write under pressure for multiple campaigns

- The highest attention to detail

- The drive to take initiative, work independently and be accountable while also working as a team player who is collaborative, positive and flexible

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field preferred

- Experience of working with partner channels
