Edfora - Education Counselor - myPAT (0-4 yrs)
You will be responsible for all aspects of the customer acquisition life- Cycle. This will include tele-counseling, revenue generation, brand awareness, and all other aspects related to sales.
- You will be responsible for building long term relationships with students appearing for competitive exams like JEE, KVPY, NTSE, BITSAT & Olympiads and other exams offering solutions that benefit students and improve the overall business productivity and profitability.
- Lead generation & opportunity funnel creation through tele-counseling/Online-demonstration.
- Counselling, relationship building and after-sales support.
- Acquisition of customers for our range of products to students.
- Identify, analyses, pursue, and report on business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
- Engage with the marketing team to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Handling all incoming calls/Perform outbound calls from prospective clients.
- Handling inquiries and getting enrolments.
- Maintain and update daily work database and ensuring daily weekly and monthly goals.
- Willingness to grow within the segment and lead in future
- Any 10+2 passed or a graduate with good communication skills preferably from education counseling and sales
- Must have expert convincing skills.
- Comfortable with start-up expectations.
