- We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 0 to 3 years of experience in sales to kick-start their career in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify potential customers through market research, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation strategies to build a robust sales pipeline.

- Customer Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing product information, and addressing their inquiries and concerns.

- Sales Presentations : Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products or services, persuading potential customers to make purchasing decisions.

- Sales Negotiation : Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual agreements with customers to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring win-win outcomes for both the company and the client.

- Sales Follow-up : Follow up with leads and potential clients to ensure timely responses and nurture leads through the sales process to convert them into customers.

- Achieving Sales Targets : Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the sales manager.

- Market Research : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.

- Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and achievements to the sales manager.

- Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer support, to align efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Continuous Learning : Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training sessions, workshops, and self-learning initiatives.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.

- 0 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B (business-to-business) environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with customers and work effectively within a team.

- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively.

- Proficient in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and other sales tools.

- Adaptability and willingness to embrace new sales techniques and strategies.

- Results-driven with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events, as required.
