Urgent Opening for GoToMarket Ops Head.

Location : Ghatkoper

Education : Post Graduation in Sales


- 2 to 4 years experience in Sales in FMCG or Telecom or eCommerce industry

- Hands of experience in Sales operations in a large B2C organisation including leading front line sales team

CTC Budget:

15 lacs p.a.+ variable

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Leading front line go to market sales organisation for one or more Clusters

- Designing GTM processes and training/capability building

- Running day to day Sales Ops including performance management to meet weekly -monthy-yearly targets

- Agreeing Annual Operating plans with Clients and breaking down into Monthly /Route wise targets

- Designing and execution of Trade marketing and BTL initiatives at Retail counters

- Team management including salesman incentive plans, recruitment, training and development

- P/L Management of GTM Ops
