eCommerce Specialist - Marketing (3-7 yrs)

This role is for a fashion house based in Kolkata.

We are seeking a results-driven Ecommerce Manager with a proven track record of success within the Amazon ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in catalog enrichment, keyword management, ad/campaign management, and a proficiency in tools such as Helium 10. Experience in managing Amazon's global business is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities :

1. Amazon Marketplace Strategy :

- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to expand our presence and drive sales on Amazon marketplaces.

- Identify growth opportunities, explore new product categories, and expand into new markets.

2. Catalogue Enrichment :

- Optimize product listings, ensuring accuracy, compelling content, high-quality images, and keyword-rich descriptions for maximum visibility and conversions.

3. Keyword Management :

- Conduct thorough keyword research and implement effective SEO strategies to enhance product visibility and drive organic traffic.

4. Ad/Campaign Management :

- Create and manage Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, to maximize ROI and sales.

5. Competitor Analysis :

- Monitor competitor activities within our product categories and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

6. Inventory Management :

- Ensure optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.

- Collaborate with the supply chain team to manage inventory effectively.

7. Amazon Tools Expertise :

- Utilize tools such as Helium 10 and other relevant software to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

8. Amazon Global Business (Plus) :

- Leverage experience in managing Amazon's global business to expand our international presence.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).

- Proven track record of successfully growing businesses on Amazon marketplaces.

- In-depth knowledge of Amazon's seller central platform, including Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Amazon Advertising.

- Proficiency in using Amazon-specific tools like Helium 10 and third-party analytics software.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication and project management skills.

- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
