Job Description : This is a critical role for a well-established Data Care SaaS Business, with 25+ years of history. You will be working with senior stakeholders to enlarge & maintain customer base & increase renewal business, by delivering first class retention strategy like customer loyalty program to reduce churn, grow MRR (monthly recurring revenue), communication, deals & promotion. Upselling & cross selling program. This is an end-to-end role, both with strategic and implementation.

- You will be utilizing your experience exclusively for the subscription business, and build a team in long run. Your experience in subscriptions will lead to future progression in a career with an internally well-trodden path.

The challenge :

- This role is responsible for maximizing the recurring revenue for our data care program (DIY Software)

- Driving revenue through subscription renewals : As an individual, ensure the proper customer segmentation, offer monetization, and membership communication across digital touchpoints, and markets, to maximize customer Lifetime Value.

- Program management : Developing long-term strategies and plans that will shape our Data Care Program, by understanding our customers.

- The successful individual will have experience in a high performing international eCommerce environment, and superb ability to work with complex sets of data to drive actionable insights.

- Create wow customer experiences that translate into recurring revenue, retained over time, is critical to the long-term success. As Stellar is a matrix organization - the ability to work across teams and create a true leadership perspective is essential.

- This critical role require outstanding retention skills, commercial acumen and communication/influence skills. Having high EQ is essential in Stellar, as well as the drive and hunger for change.

What you'll be responsible for ?

- You will be driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) & Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) growth for Data Care Program (DIY Software)

- You will responsible for increasing the Life-Time Value of the Customer

- Managing Customer Life-cycle management after sales

- Create a system and process to identify customers who have high potential of churn, up-sell, and down-sell.

- Work with marketing to design and implement campaigns to educate our customers to minimize churn

- You will be responsible to increase the Average Revenue per User (ARPU) every year, thus increasing the net ARR growth.

- You communicate positively, able to speak with customers knowledgeably about Stellar and their business

- You are skilled in our products - or are willing to learn

What you need to succeed :

- 5+ years of experience, with demonstrated success leading in eCommerce ideally in an International Business environment

- Working knowledge of Google Analytics

- Demonstrable evidence of ability to make things happen in a cross functional matrix environment

- Numerate and Articulate - tell the story using data and vice versa

- Demonstrated experience building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, with experience working cross-functionally to drive results

Experience : 5 Years Relevant, 8 Years Total

Qualification : Any Graduate with good Analytical & Technical bend of mind [MBA preferred]
