eCommerce Manager - Sales (4-8 yrs)

Job Summary

To manage sales & daily operations on Ecommerce Marketplaces . To understand the whole ecosystem of how individual marketplaces operate and identify growth opportunities. To contribute towards managing alternate channels like Exports, Retail Sales, etc. as per company's requirements.

Responsibilities and Duties : 

- Creating, updating, and monitoring the product listings on each of the active marketplaces

- Coordination with key personnel from the marketplaces to ensure each channel is optimized and all the objectives are met

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

- Active involvement in onboarding on new marketplaces

- Create and manage promotions, deals & offers

- Maintaining & updating inventory at ecommerce portals

- Acquire insights in online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date

- Researching on exports as a channel and preparing pipeline for association with clients dealing in exports

- Managing resources looking after the Retail Sales vertical and be involved at a planning level to scale up

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications : 

- Minimum 4-6 of experience in the field of Ecommerce channels

- Graduation in a relevant degree is mandatory (MBA preferred)

- Out of the box thinker that can deliver key metrics and targets to achieve top line results

- Have interest and awareness of the ecommerce/D2C space in India

- Analytical thinking & skills

- Keen on using data to drive decisions

- Understanding of Basic Computer concepts like Excel, Word etc.

- Flexible to work in extending work hours

- Have the affinity & willingness to learn
