SUMMARY :

You will be responsible for the delivering superior sales fundamentals with our E-commerce Partners customers across out National and International footprints. You will deliver NR, Trade spend and GM objectives, and be responsible for growing our Partnership by designed and executing strategy across partners.

Reporting into the Head of Ecommerce, you should apply if you

- Enjoy taking a lot of responsibility and ownership for revenue outcomes

- Can think creatively about marketing campaigns and growth opportunities

- Are hungry to learn

- Are great in building relationships. You will be the point of contact with the category team of the account and will be responsible for driving strategies and building tactics.

- Are a strong team player, and can work with the rest of the team to deliver what's needed.

YOU WILL WORK CLOSELY WITH OUR KEY E-COMMERCE PARTNERS (AMAZON, FLIPKART, NYKAA, FIRSTCRY AND MORE) TO:

- Develop and plan sales strategies to grow revenues, improve coverage, better

penetration and enhance competitive position

- Create joint business plans, setting goals and targets for the sales and monitor the performance of each partner

- Manage ToT across partners

- Establish / build long term efficient relationships with partners

- Identify new potential partners, drive the setting up and scaling up with them

- Work cross functionally with product and customer engagement, marketing teams to deliver business objectives

RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES :

- Accountable for delivering Revenue, Market Share, Gross Margin and Trade investment goals within the E-commerce customers.
