KRA's :
1. Business expansion and revenue generation from existing major e-commerce account
2. Liasoning with other departments and be a person with business acumen
3. Handle operations for Pan India for the account and helps us to expand it
4. Be the SPOC for client and handle customer escalations
Must have's;
1. Good communication with a positive attitude to change any possible conversion
2. Team player and an Individual contributor to significantly achieve sales growth
3. Prior experience in handling operations for logistics/ e-commerce vertical
