Ecom Express - Lead Generation/Inside Sales Role (3-12 yrs)
We at ECom Express are looking for Inside Sales.
Required:
- Working on lead generation and segment combing.
- Handling Long tail Customer of Organisation.
- Primary focus on Revenue Growth from the handled portfolio.
- Retaining and growing the existing base of business as per the targets set by the organization for the month/ quarter/ year.
- Identifying new business opportunities, Up Selling / Cross Selling through telecommunication
- Initiates & leads the design and development of tailored solutions that supports unique customer requirements.
- Driving Performance and Service Levels.
- Builds & maintains an appropriate network of key contacts within each Customer's business who can facilitate decision making & actions needed to achieve the required results.
- Full engagement in monthly and weekly reviews.
- Handling customer escalations - preparing RCA and providing the solution.
- Pushing for usage and adaptation of technological tools in management of the accounts
- Engagement in Reconciliation / Payments for Pre - Paid Wallet Customer ( Monitoring recharges, top-up, limit etc.)
- Act as a key point of contact for all the customers in the cluster.
