Ecom Express - Assistant Manager- Customer Service (4-6 yrs)

1. Engage better with consignees and Ensure NDR calling and subsequent system update.

2. Adherence to promised delivery timelines

3. Implement training modules at operating level and Ensuring that all new Joinees undergo structured induction training.

4. Ensure complete lifecycle of shipments picked up is closed within defined timeframe.

5. Build better relationships with customers, understand requirements for increased offloads and work with ops/management for better alignment.

6. Focus on implementation and ensure desirability of services.

7. Timeliness of implementation and traction on value added services: VENDOR PICKUP, RVP, SDD/NDD, Kiosks etc.

8. Ensure timely closures and follow-ups, resolution of outstanding issues if any.

Preferred 

- Skills, experience & knowledge of modern business methods and controls in logistics industry.

- Experience in managing customer experience.

Must Have -

Experience in handling a team
