Ecolibrium Energy - Senior Customer Connect Analyst (1-3 yrs)

Position Overview : We are looking for a Tech Marketing Ninja in IoT and Energy Analytics within a growing company on the path of international expansion. Hot Opportunity for Engineers with an understanding of Industrial Energy Management, and a knack for Internal Marketing, to grow and become a leader in the organization

The Role

Ecolibrium's Clients and target customers include the largest Industrial and Commercial Building owners and managers in India and Internationally.

We are currently looking for a Go-Getter who can help understand Ecolibrium's IoT and Energy Analytics solution, and can develop and manage the following frameworks for its existing and new customers:

- Customer Engagement Metrics and analytics for Indian and international clients

- Develop Strategies and implement it for increasing engagement

- Deploy an Internal Marketing campaign for upselling

S/he should follow a consulting approach and interact with senior management of large organizations, understand the landscape of critical electrical assets and propose and implement the right engagement and upselling approach - based on the capabilities and roadmap of SmartSense- modules.

S/he would thrive in a growth environment and take pride in pioneering an internationally acclaimed, bleeding edge solution. S/he would ensure that key performance indicators like engagement, client satisfaction, and upselling targets are met quarter on quarter.

The Right Candidate

Ideal candidate would be

BE/BTech/MBA with at least 1 years of experience. Earlier experience in selling enterprise solutions to large organizations would be a plus!

Basic understanding of electrical assets, Energy and factory processes would be highly preferred

S/he should have capability of developing and following structured sales and marketing process, work on CRM tools and provide account management services in such customers and prospects.

Above all should have a strong knack for Technology Marketing and excellent written and verbal communication skills!

The candidate should be a fighter and have the drive and ambition to exponentially grow Ecolibrium's Business, and thereby his/her own career, with us.

Skill Weightage for the Role:

Technical- Understanding of Industrial Processes, and Energy Management - 45%

Marketing- Concepts and Communication Skills - 55%
