Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Is primarily responsible for making calls to insurance companies and resolving claims based on the information obtained.
- Is responsible for bringing in efficiency to his process by identifying quicker ways to work through a claim.
- Is responsible for completion of the target assigned to him.
- Is responsible for optimum quality of his deliverables.
- Is responsible to furnish/share any intelligence obtained on calls with his team mates and supervisors.
- Is responsible to adhere and maintain SLA at all times.
- Is responsible to identify and escalated any foreseen challenges/issues.
Job Specifications :
- Should possess basic computer skills.
- Should be fluent in spoken and written English.
- Should be able to comprehend when communicating with others.
- Should be punctual.
- Should be able to meet deadlines provided.
