Job description :
Roles and Responsibilities :
A. Should have Good Communication Skills & Flexible to work in Nightshift.
B. Should be able to get the Claim Status on Call and Web Portals
C. Should be Familiar with all the Web Portal Navigation
D. Should be able to get the Patient Eligibility on Call and from Web Portals.
E. Should be able to get the Authorization from Payors.
F. Should have knowledge in MS-Office and Microsoft Teams
G. Should have good knowledge in different PMS.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Candidate should carry minimum 1 year experience in AR calling
- Immediate joinees will be preferred.
- Candidate should work from office
- Drop Facility will be provided.
