What to expect from the role ?
- Must be able to handle sales calls and bring them to closure .
- Acquire a thorough understanding of client needs and requirements.
- Ensure correct services are delivered to the customers in a timely manner.
- Handling customer queries through calls.
- Meeting daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Candidate Requirements:
- Must have minimum of 1-2 years telesales experience
- Good command on English, must have experience in working with US customers.
- Professional Attitude.
- Must be willing to work in US shift ( 8.00 PM to 4.30 AM).
