Role Description :
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative.
- The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for lead generation via phone and email.
Qualifications :
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to Contact prospects and generate leads
- Ability to handle stress and multitask
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in the BPO industry or similar customer service-related fields is a plus
