Echidna - Inside Sales Role (3-15 yrs)

Requirement Brief :

An inside sales representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable driving outbound sales including dozens of calls/emails per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, and qualifying prospects.

Responsibilities :

- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails

- Understand customer needs and requirements

- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives/presales director for further development and closure

- Achieve and exceed the revenue targets and objectives set for the region

- Updating our internal lead tracker to ensure all projects, contacts and meetings are tracked

- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

- Team with channel partners to build pipeline

- Generate interests and book online demos to prospects with the appropriate sales executives/ presales director

- Assisting sales process through data analysis

- Collecting data from Market reports and pass on the intelligence reports about the target prospects with sales executives / pre sales director

- Conducting research & monitoring the competition activities and the surrounding market.

Skills:

- Proven inside sales 3+ years of experience

- Track record of over-achieving quota

- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day

- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

- Experience working with eCommerce industry

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Strong listening and presentation skills

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- Candidates with experience working in UAE and KSA markets are preferred

- Proficiency in Arabic/ Spanish or any european languages will be an added advantage
